Alex was a year old when she was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma, a type of cancer.  However, she was determined to beat the odds and help other kids fight this like she has. When she was released from the hospital she started her own lemonade stand to raise money for the doctors to help other kids like her. In honor of Alex's courage and bravery, Lambda Nu sets up its own lemonade stand to raise money to help support kids with cancer. This year we have set up a 5k in December and we will have Alex's lemonade stand there.
